Drop me a line if you ever head down this way. Apart from anything else, my wife is astonishing at planning trips and has built up a database of hidden treasures over the decades.
We have a long-held fascination with Libya and are very worried about country and the ordinary folks uo there. Our first “target” in the bigger region is Fez, and then I made a promise to take her to Cuba before it emerges from its slumber completely and India (what was I thinking?), so Tripoli will probably only feature on the agenda late next year. But who knows?

SA? Have a couple of goo friends down there and have really wanting to visit. Just starting two projects in Gabon this week so maybe I’ll get the neighborhhod soon. Tripoli and the Northen Libyan Coast and Tunisa are amazing. Go if you get the chance
